Hi! Do you recommend dairy for PCOS?

  • HB says:

    Congratulations 🎉❤

  • Emily B Gates says:

Dad’s hair, momma’s eyes! SO precious ❤️ love these videos. “Grocery hauls and what I eat” are my top faves 😂

  • misssrednas says:

If I ate what you eat I would gain 20 lbs and then some! You’re a young, breastfeeding mom so of course the weight just falls off of you. I used to easily lose weight after I had my babies, but now that I’m 42 it is a lot harder.

    • mscapmorgan says:

I thought the exact same thing until I finally tried it. I’m 40 with 3 teens. 3 weeks in, down 10 lbs. Feeling and sleeping so much better! Hubby has now joined in!

    • Embeth 44 says:

Which of her food items exactly do you think would cause you to gain weight? You would be shocked what cutting out sugar and refined carbohydrates will do for you. I’m 43 with three kids and am losing weight in her plan just a week in. Trust me. Don’t let age be your excuse. I understand because our generation was brain washed that “low fat” was the way to go but we’ve been mislead. It’s the sugar and refined carbs and processed food that are the killers.

    • Joyce Pifferi says:

Agree with the people that replied to this post. I’m in my 40s and have been following her plan since mid/late June and have lost a few inches off my waist already. Her plan really works and is healthy and sustainable which is key. Try it it’s amazing the results you will see!

    • R Nguyen says:

@mscapmorganhow did you get your husband to join? Did you just do your own thing and he saw the results and wanted to follow suit? I’d like my husband to join me on this journey so that he can relieve stress, get more energy and feel better about himself!

  • Gary Warner says:

She’s beautiful… Congratulations!! Thanks for all you do Autumn! Peace 😎

  • Embeth 44 says:

I find you so inspiring and informative. Recently bought your bundle and currently in detox week. I’m disgusted how much sugar and refined carbohydrates were in my diet before. Thank you for inspiring some lifestyle changes.

  • Kathy Donohoo says:

What is your recipe for your protein waffle?

  • Mary Folks says:

Sage is completely gorgeous. My daughter hires the creative dept. for Hobby Lobby and she’s breastfeeding my grandson. She doesn’t eat processed foods and avoids sugar, she looks great. I know the rest of your baby weight will come off in no time Autumn. I really love that you’re sharing a little bit of Sage with us. We all just love all 3 of you!!!🩷🩷🩷

  • Rachelle’s Designs says:

How are you handling/have you handled overnight munchies? Do you just have some yogurt or something like that? I was very hungry sometimes at night the first month or two, and I definitely couldn’t ignore it when breastfeeding took forever. Isn’t it also harder to lose weight when you’re sleeping less, or is your babe just a good sleeper?

Definitely more worried about the initial months postpartum with my weight than pregnancy, being pregnant now.

  • Joyce Pifferi says:

Congrats on Sage she is precious! You look fantastic and so happy! Congrats on your beautiful family 😀 your protein powder is the best it’s the only one I will buy! The chocolate is amazing! Thank you for making such amazing videos and products to helps us support our goals!

  • Rochelle Alves says:

I love going to the store with you and seeing your basket. Really helpful. (How crazy is it that 3 yogurts are over $21!) Request: can you do a video on your chicken set up, how you care for them, how many eggs you get, if most cities are zoned for chickens, etc… Thank you! (Also: Sage is the cutest!)

  • J K says:

Living in Santa Barbara and doing all of your shopping at Whole Foods. You guys are doing something right to be able to afford that. Nice!

  • Apostolos Katsioulas says:

When it comes to dairy products, I substituted yoghurt with ayran (apologies to the Turkish people if I don’t pronounce/type it correctly, we also make this in Greece); it’s like kefir yet not the same, there’s more yoghurt flavor in it; both are low in fat. Anyways, autumnal equinox is in two days, so I wish you Autumn and, of course, the family, a wonderful season :).

  • Midge Silvers says:

    Congratulations y’all she is precious!
