My favorite thing you said that your choices should line up with your desired identity. And to love and respect yourself enough to not put yourself in a position to go backward and to move forward. This is me! I did great for years then changed to eating everything all the time. Still did my workouts but eating was sabotaging my results. I still struggle, my mind thinks I have to eat it all. My stomach has no feeling of feeling full. I can portion, follow meal plans, but then I ruin it & eat more or eat something else too at the end of the day. I know mindset has everything to do with it. I just can’t seem to control it anymore..part of myself will say no, other part of my self will not care at the moment. Then its all over😢. Then I get mad at myself & start the crazy cycle all over again next day. 😒
