Osteoporosis Exercise to Strengthen your bones in just 7 minutes with this easy jump workout—no equipment needed! Based on the Oregon State University “Snow” Study (2009) and Dr Stacy Sims recommendation of 50 jumps, three times per week, it’s perfect for women over 50 and anyone with osteopenia or early osteoporosis. You’ll improve bone strength, balance, and confidence in every step. Best exercise for women over 50!

What You’ll Do:
gentle warm-up
5 jump exercises × 10 reps each:
Heel Drops
Osteogenic Vertical Jumps
Lateral Hops
Single-Leg Hops
Power (Arm-Swing) Jumps
cool-down
Each move creates the impact forces your bones need to activate osteoblasts and build density. Modified, chair-assisted options are shown for every exercise—so everyone can join in safely. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis several years ago never thought of jumping, I’m starting this morning 💃🌺🌈🌟🌴from Florida
It was great. I really had fun doing it. I thought doing something like that would jolt my spine, but i was fine. There’s no pain at all, so I’ll do this as part of my exercise daily.
Im 57, menopausal 10 yrs & was diagnosed with osteoporosis 2 years ago but wasn’t given any advice other than take Calcium & Vitamin D.
