Well I still the videos available.
I have gained so much core strength and eliminated sciatica pain by using your videos. Did not have to go to physical therapy and I would be lost without them. I do the 25 minute strength workout for sciatica, and the daily 5 minute stretching routine plus the core strengthening abs routine. Don’t ever take your videos off You Tube. they are absolutely extremely helpful.

Pahla I just love your channel and especially your at home walking workouts for over 50s. I live in Australia in a sub tropical climate so going outside for a walk often isn’t possible during the summer and the wet season. I love your pep talks and mind set reminders as well as all your practical tips. Thank you so much for making these available on youtube.

Just wanted you to know that you changed my life. 2 1/2 years ago I started your body shaping video series, and I did it religiously for a year, followed your 5 daily goals, journaled all of it. Lost 50 lbs, and progressed to getting into weightlifting, and continued to keep the weight off, doing my 5 daily goals, journaling every day. I credit you for my success and where I am today. Thank you. For the first time in my life I’ve been able to be consistent with a program. I’m glad your back!
