    I have gained so much core strength and eliminated sciatica pain by using your videos. Did not have to go to physical therapy and I would be lost without them. I do the 25 minute strength workout for sciatica, and the daily 5 minute stretching routine plus the core strengthening abs routine. Don’t ever take your videos off You Tube. they are absolutely extremely helpful.

    Pahla I just love your channel and especially your at home walking workouts for over 50s. I live in Australia in a sub tropical climate so going outside for a walk often isn’t possible during the summer and the wet season.     Just wanted you to know that you changed my life. 2 1/2 years ago I started your body shaping video series, and I did it religiously for a year, followed your 5 daily goals, journaled all of it. Lost 50 lbs, and progressed to getting into weightlifting, and continued to keep the weight off, doing my 5 daily goals, journaling every day. I credit you for my success and where I am today.
