I want to especially thank you for another video about how important protein is I can’t express to somebody that hasn’t embraced eating enough protein what a difference it does make. It’s a funny thing how eating more helps you lose fat weight and gain muscle anyway… Good on you

    I could eat strawberries or blueberries any time of the year, nonetheless when it comes to vegetables and fruit, I maintain a seasonal approach. It’s autumn season (no pun intended ha-ha) so it’s the last days of watermelon and peaches, nectarines therefore nowadays I stick to grapes, apples, plums, figs, kiwis (now that I remembered kiwis are member of the berry family ha-ha); fresh ones, I am not a fan of dried fruit apart from prunes. As for tuna, hats off to Autumn showing the can; mercury is a thing to bear in mind, so I opt for canned skipjack tuna. Cheers :D.
