    I’m recovering from ARFID, what protein powder would you suggest if somebody is very sensitive to that chalky taste.

      hiiii fellow arfid individual here! not a protein powder rec but rather an already made protein drink: boost chocolate bottles! soooo yummy tastes like a rich swiss miss. they sell the regular ones at dollar tree for $1.25/each and they’re the only ones i’ve found that don’t give me the chalky icky mouthfeel! definitely a little bit pricier than getting a tub of protein powder but if you only drink them a couple times a week it could be a good option! hope this helps & best of luck with your recovery journey 🤗⭐️

      dymatize protein powder is soooo good and I feel doesn’t have that chalky taste, I especially love their fruity pebbles and cookies and cream flavor, they taste like the real thing!

      Try GAT protein powder! I had a sample during a Spartan race and it was delicious.

      Just get protein from whole foods instead. You don’t need protein powder.

      Because this is a healthy amount to eat and once your body adjusts to knowing it’s getting what it needs, then it knows how to use it. Everyone’s needs also vary as well x

      It’s actually very little food, she just makes it look like there’s a lot. Especially the soup which is mostly water and cabbage so it’s all volume. And I’m willing to bet she only ate a couple chips from the bag that she reportedly “dove into”. Yeah right!

    I love that you add healthy filling foods, especially the cereal with cottage cheese with the chips because you can enjoy the chips while also getting full from the healthier snack too so you’re more satisfied and less likey to overeat the chips

    This is really refreshing to see this time of year. As some who’s struggled with EDs this was a really nice sort of reset to see amidst all the diet and weight loss stuff floating around. A reminder of what healthy eating can look like. Thanks you for the content you make!!
