Aerobic Exercise CAN Cause FAT LOSS When Done This Way

Thanks to Levels for sponsoring this video. To get started, go to and get 2 additional months free on the annual Levels membership.

When fat loss is your main goal, diet takes center stage, (and rightfully so). However, this primary focus can cause us to overlook the need for exercise. A research team wanted to see if they could pinpoint the amount, type, and intensity of exercise needed per week to see clinically significant changes in weight, belly fat, and body fat percentage. They analyzed findings from 116 studies and found the answer. I go over what they came up with and how you can apply it to your own exercise routine in this video.

Not sure what im doing wrong. Been using a set incline treadmill alittle over 3 weeks now, everyday, and get in 240 minutes a week. (30 minutes weekdays, alittle longer on weekends) and do omad a few times a week. Still not seeing or feeling results. I adjust the speed to make sure it’s not too simple, and feel it in my legs. Just not seeing weight loss yet. I love my little treadmill, but wondering if a manual would give better results?

I’ve been in this mode for years. I am disabled, so my aerobic exercise is more of what I can do. I do at least 40 min of aerobic exercise 4 times a week. For me, that’s HIIT as prescribed by my physical therapist — 42 min on a treadmill at different speeds and heights, at least 4 times a week. And I’ve been at a good weight for at least 10 years since combining my workouts with DB’s IF. I am one happy camper 😊 Thanks, DB❤ I also do about 15 min of stretching and resistance exercise.

Thanks for this video Dr Becky. You’re really on form at the moment with your content. Exactly the motivation I needed to get out on my bike. I’m trying my keto friendly diet but not really losing weight from walking every day. I need better exercise. Thanks
