If you suffer from chronic abdominal bloating and or constipation, please see a gastroenterologist. If all checks out there and you continue to have symptoms, please discuss with your gynecologist. Not all bloating is caused by diet nor can be resolved with dietary changes. Chronic abdominal bloating can be a sign of a more serious health condition.
