I was losing my hair, and I needed to shave off my hair, I’m alright with that. I don’t need to spend money on special haircuts
i honestly dont get why guys shave their heads. just own your baldness, cut your hair short like men used to do.
@@cypriano8763 I’d say shaving your head counts as “owning your baldness”. My hair genetics are pretty good but I’m a buzz cut boi, people have asked me why I don’t have a hairstyle 🤷♂
@@pdblouin same for me but i was going bald i would just keep it at 2 or 3 on the hair clipper and that would be good enough. Shaving.is a lot more work, imo
@@cypriano8763I refused to “own” my baldness. Instead, I kept on trying new things I heard about either on the Internet or from people I met. Eventually I found something that worked for me: gugo shampoo, and now I have a full head of hair.

The quick solution to the PPO issue is two-fold, from what I have been reading online lately from recent research, is: 1) acidify, and 2) use an anti-oxidant like ascorbic acid, so i have been starting my smoothies lately with a dash of ascorbic acid crystals, and then adding a good amount of fresh lemon, lime or oramge juice to the blender jar with the liquid and banana, then blending smooth, before the berries and the other stuff… Try it!

My main exercise is Nordic walking, and I discovered that the key is NOT to focus on speed or duration/distance but rather on *consistency.* When I walk consistently, my speed and distance will gradually improve automatically because as I become fitter, I find it easier to go faster & longer. So I make walking a priority (*not* walking at some particular speed or for some particular duration or distance — just walking, daily). (Hidden in there is this primary rule: pick an activity that you *enjoy* so that, rather than pushing yourself to do it, you are drawn to doing it. Using Nordic walking poles makes walking much more enjoyable for me. YMMV)
The sun behind y’all during the pull ups and backflip questions was SO GORGEOUS! We went to a park this weekend with our dogs and it was just so nice to be outside in nature like you always say!!!

It’s kind of crazy how much the health and fitness industry vacillates between the scientific (“what? No, these supplements do basically nothing”) and borderline-superstitious (people separately telling me fenugreek will boost T or estrogen levels lol), any time we can have clear messaging like you’ve presented is fantastic.
I found the easiest way to get people on board with any form of plant-based diet is to be supportive, and like you, show them how easy and delicious it is. I try to approach it from a place largely of joy and pragmatism. A fridge full of fresh and frozen veg from a quality supermarket, green grocer, or farmer’s market can be unbelievably cheap!
Your my favorite…… I fall off healthy eating often but when I need to recover I go right for your videos for my reboot!! You definitely inspire me!! I’m hoping one day it sticks lol
