The issue I have with most studies is that they usually have people eat like 1-2 cups of berries a day. It’s usually an unreasonable large amount of whatever food they are studying. Do you know how expensive it would be to eat 8-16 oz. of blueberries a day would be? I wish they would use more reasonable amounts in their studies so that people eating that amount in a day would have a better idea of the benefits.
1lb frozen blueberries is $3 where I live. I’ve seen $4 too

Frozen berries are way cheaper, and they also taste better.
@@kingman2332 I think they use such large amounts to try to trigger whatever affect they are hoping for. A lesser amount probably works just as well but might take longer to show a trackable effect. Just eat berries everyday because you deserve to have beautiful, healthy foods! 🥰
Frozen blueberries at Costco are quite reasonable and they taste good in oatmeal and smoothies
