This is very helpful. Could a cup of soy milk or cow milk work as the protein preload choice? I am trying to make a habit of drinking soy milk so wondering if I can time it to reduce my meal time eating

Drinking a glass of water before eating has the same effect on me.
I find out that chewing sugar free gum really helps and satisfies my sugar cravings, drinking zero calories coke is also pretty helpfull for me. A large cup of dark coffee can also help with drinking lots of water after that.
