Unnecessary thirst trap though lol
He was dehydrated from the diarrhea. Cut him some slack 😂
It’s necessary… At least for me it is 😹
I eat those for constipation how can it work for both lol😂
Lol, diarrhea and constipation are both symptoms of somewhat unhealthy gut. Probiotics help protect and balance it, so they help with both symptoms.
Whether the feces are too solid or too liquid, we just want to go back to a normal consistency.
The most important thing to keep in mind is that diarrhea and constipation aren’t at opposite ends of the same spectrum. You can have both at the same time! I’ve heard it’s a terrible experience
@HELLO, MY NAME’S NINOOO
I can say from experience that it is absolutely terrible.
Ginger tea imo helps with most stomach and digestive problems. The only
Thing it won’t help is an active stomach bug. Unfortunately that has to run its course.
“4 times a day” why not just eat more than one bite with one meal?
Spacing it out can give more consistent results. Same reason you might take a medication in multiple doses a day instead of one dose
I can imagine it would better reinforce his gut health by consistently administering small doses, rather than eating it all at the same time. I feel like eating a big dose in one sitting probably won’t make a difference compared to the benefits a small dose provides.
Psyllium husk, bulk forming agent (Must follow directions on bottle no more than 1 heaping tablespoon in 8 oz of water) and probiotics/ fermented foods too. 😊 If I do not have my morning psyllium husk and probiotic I do p00p “water” and yes I do have IBS, one lovely side effect of having ASD.
S. Boulardi 🤷🏻♀️
My mom always told me to eat fermented veggies. Didn’t like them too much as a kid but now the tangy flavor is very yummy. Sauerkraut, fermented cucumbers, fermented tomatoes (pretty intense flavor punch), kefir if available is part of my diet. I do notice a difference when I don’t eat it for some time. Wouldn’t eat fermented veg alone, but works perfectly as a side dish with whatever I am eating
Also fermented veggies are amazing during winter when fresh local produce isin’t available!
Kimchi/Sauerkraut helped end my monthly poo cycle between none and water, but I also needed to find the right fiber balance because I overdid fiber too 😂. Consistency was most helpful overtime than Intensity.
I find it ironic this is one of the only videos where you’re not shitting on someone else for views.
I’ve never been diagnosed with IBS, but I poop water all the time! I’d have to make my own fermented food tho cuz I can’t have garlic/onion and I don’t have time and energy for that. More tips please!
Making your own fermented food is actually quite easy, especially if you want something like sauerkraut or other lacto pickles. It’s literally just the labor of salting and seasoning the vegetables and then putting them to the side for a week. If you get a fermentation jar with a liquid air lock lid, you won’t even have to “burp” it every day. After a week or two you just stick it in the fridge and you’re all done
Omg I love being able to see your reactions!!! 😂 I did a dance too when Dorit clocked Erika’s azzzzz 🤣💃
Okay but why does kimchi and sourkrout give diarrhea???
not the fermented foods studies having “pickles” as a co-author nice try (jkjk)
I really wished Sauerkraut wasn’t so disgusting because it’s way cheaper than kimchi.
Sorry- the fact that one of the authors on the meta-analyses of fermented foods is called PICKLES. I CANT 🤣🤣🤣 Pickles et al found their calling.
Ugh i hate ginger, maybe i should try the capsules
