    Best back fat workout, I watched it first and thought it’s not that intense, but I’ve been doing three sets 4 times and week and woah, it’s literally toned up my back area nicely. I can’t wait to see the results after 8 weeks. @lovesweatfitness your home workouts are amazing – thank you 😩💪🏽

    I’ve been doing this consistently for two weeks with some moderate cardio and healthy eating and here’s how I know this is working and it may sound weird. But when I self tan and I have no one to help me do my back I obviously can only reach certain spots. After the two weeks I can almost reach my entire back by myself! Keep it up everyone and thank you for all your amazing videos

    For all those asking, Yes this works. And it works amazing! I started doing this 3 months ago but then I stopped sometime in between and now I do JUST the 3rd exercise along with my other workouts and the results are great! You can see the difference in a matter of days. I will continue to do the 3rd one cuz I simply love that stretch.
