Yeah they totally covered that up under the guise of ‘natural flavors’ . Maltodextrin increases insulin resistance not good
Hi! From my understanding, it’s used as a carrier for the flavor (I believe it’s about 1/10th of a teaspoon worth). From my experience, I haven’t seen it raise blood sugar levels though.

For me, I need to eat less but not go too low in calories. I think about how much my eating will raise my blood sugar and what time of day it is. Strength training and aerobic exercise are necessary. Not eating early or late helps a lot, intermittent fasting. My last meal in day is heavier in fat. I’ve maintained a 60, then 80 and now over a 100 pound weight loss since my max 18 years ago. Holidays and winter makes things tough. I’ll be 67 in a couple months.
