Improve Your Longevity: Embrace Muscle Strength 💪

Aging comes with challenges like joint pain, weight gain, and muscle weakness. But fear not! Building strength now can slow down this process.

Research reveals a strong link between increased muscle strength and longevity. It reduces the risk of mortality, falls, and broken hips. Plus, better metabolic health and lower inflammation levels mean increased life expectancy.

A quick grip strength test can assess your overall muscle strength and predict future disabilities and lifespans. High muscle strength also slashes the risk of mortality and cardiovascular disease by 20 to 35%.

Age is just a number. Whether you're in your forties or fifties, start training now for a longer, healthier life!

Begin your strength journey today and embrace a stronger, healthier tomorrow!

This is also bad advice. Every person i ever met over 100 was very short and very skinny. Including my greatgrandmother. When I was in Japan, i was mesmerized by how thin are the elderly there.

See for them I think its all about mild physical activity and eating a moderate amount each day

Fish rice vegetables with daily walk and gardening

That is a good baseline for many

But i rather be jacked like Dolph Lungren Jr on the video so I am rolling the dice with him ha
