I found your channel early this year and i LOVE your videos. Your educated view is awesome and i really like listening to you. Will definitly check out the podcast! I took “home” a lot of tips and tricks for my life. And i absolutly adore the rise of nutritionists in 2024 ( or maybe i just found you all this year^^), that do not talk only about clean eating and how bad diet sodas are, but do have a every day mindset and have our every day lifes in mind. No one can make anything from scratch apart from influencers. Us “normal” people dont have the time and the energy for that. I really like to cook and eat freshly cooked stuff, but i also like the idea, that, if i eat convience food, 1. i dont have to feel bad about it and 2. i can add fresh stuff like a handful of leaf spinach or some tomatos and make it “better”. Thats THE most important tip, that i got from you: dont substract things, ADD things! <3

Lol. We all know that Kangen water is the best water! It literally cures cancer, you guys! /s 9:56

Edit: I initially thought that was FKA Twigs as she’s uploaded health-related content in the past. I was incorrect. It’s Nara Smith who I could have *sworn* looks to be her doppelgänger. Apologies to Abbey. On the other hand, perhaps some of you will look into her art and interviews where she’s spoken of coming to terms with being kind to oneself.

For those unaware, she is very much a working woman and I definitely would not put her in the TRAD wife category. She’s a musician and professionally trained dancer. She has worked and continues to work her behind off. She uploaded workout routines (free of charge) during quarantine as well as food prep. As an ex-Mormon I can tell you to simply look into that community alone and you will come across plenty of women in a gilded cage.

As someone on a food journey, I appreciate that you discuss all aspects of food culture online as an RD. Social media platforms have promoted this unhealthy environment where influencers without clinical/medical education (licensed/accredited) offer subjective not objective appropriate sources (studies, etc). Sadly, we are setting up future generations for potential disordered eating when platforms continue to allow unverified & subjective content. Thank you for your content Abby and your transparency.

I always love when you upload something- you’re always amazing and I appreciate the work of your team. A big Hug <3

  • @jesssealey6552 says:

I wonder, given your reviewing food content creators, have you considered Randy Santel, a popular food challange participant and Dietitian in training, as a possible point of interest?

  • @jonap5740 says:

Thank you for talking about unpasteurized milk. Please keep talking about it now and then. The message does not seem to be getting out. I know you did a video on it; I’m just asking you to keep on it through 2025. It horrifies me that certain youtubers with many, many children are feeding it to their kids.
