Not really, a lot of beans, uncooked vegetables, onions, apples, etc make a lot of people bloated. Having too much fiber can also do it ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
Broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, onion, garlic and greens all make me bloat as bad as box store pizza..

Something that helps me is eating raw nutrition after the meal instead of before…a small salad, cucumber slices, etc
Same, 1000% and it’s been like this since I was about 11, and this is just when I became aware of it. I honestly don’t know what we’re supposed to eat. If you find out, please let me know. Lol
Try doing intermittent fasting or OMAD. I think you’ll find you’re much less bloated.
@@MsFlaca5 iโm not Mexican but I love Mexican food too from what I understand. Beans are good with awesome mild. I guess the green Verde, the salsa and I guess a wrap thatโs not high or loaded with the chemicals.
Mira makes quite a few wraps that are healthy, so a bean burrito with healthy things on it. I think itโs good for us.
That bloat turns into painful arthritis later down the line with inflammatory foods. I love Mexican food as well….
Do you have any recommendations for another probiotic/prebiotic thats not so expensive but still a quality product?
Kombuchas are good or there are different yogurts with probiotics or pre just sayn
@@rosiemetha1413 I know about yogurt but it does me the same way any type of dairy products do me so yogurt is out…maybe I’ll try kombuchas… I’ve never tried them so it’s an option

Why are you cooking with any oils at all? You can use broth, bone broth, vegetable broth, low sodium chicken broth to sautรฉ.
I donโt get to watch tv a lot but when I do I get distracted from my phone to get on YouTube to watch videos like Iโm doing now but Iโm also busy during the day.
I really need to get that seed, I do suffer from bloating.
Seed really isnt that pricey when you figure saving $ on buying separate pro and pre biotics and most dont work because they dont get to where they need to in your body. I also save on fiber supplements. Seed keeps me regular and feeling actually good. And if I pause for a month boy can I tell it! I dont have much money but thanks to MayraI tried it and I love it!
I recently developed a gluten/starch sensitivity. The pain was excruciating. Since eliminating it, itโs much better, plus medication. As well as clean eating.

Carbs and sugar makes me bloated with weight gain. I tried eliminating both carbs and sugar but I crave it so much. Itโs like something in my brain telling me I need to eat carbs and sugar. Iโm currently overweight with chronic fatigue. It sucks so bad, Iโm hopeless and donโt know what to do.

I have SIBO, I did the breath test ordered from my holistic doctor. I have painful bloating and it looks like Iโm pregnant. My friend has celiac disease, she gets the scaly rashes.

Also for me i found out i have lactose intolerance so my Dr. Told me to take Lactaid which helps alot with dairy digestion. Ofc i limit my dairy consumption. And since ive been doing keto bread i notice my bloat has gone down as well. ๐
One thing that helped me is when I do eat some bread, it is homemade. I know what is in it. Store bought bread makes me bloat. It has so many additives that my body doesn’t know what to do with them. Also I don’t eat bread every day. That works for me.
