I don’t have much back fat but this winter I’ve gained maybe ten pounds and I can definitely see a difference when I wear my bra so I hope this helps!! Going to do this four times a week!

Jamie yes. I incorporated a waist workout as well with it. I didn’t have a lot of back fat anyway, which I should’ve stated. But this workout is amazing and definitely toned my back within a week.

Day 1- my back and my arms are killing me which is good 💗
Day 2- it became easy! I did it 💗
Day 3- everything is easy now expect when I had to lift the weights but I’m getting better at it💗
I love how short and too the point you videos are! Its so hard to watch a TV screen *while* you’re doing floor workouts so its great that your videos show the movements that I need in a short time.
all i can say is woah. bc i just got done w my second day and i’m already seeing results, you’re a life saver! 😩
