    I don’t have much back fat but this winter I’ve gained maybe ten pounds and I can definitely see a difference when I wear my bra so I hope this helps!! Going to do this four times a week!

    Day 1- my back and my arms are killing me which is good 💗
    Day 2- it became easy! I did it 💗
    Day 3- everything is easy now expect when I had to lift the weights but I’m getting better at it💗

    I love how short and too the point you videos are! Its so hard to watch a TV screen *while* you’re doing floor workouts so its great that your videos show the movements that I need in a short time.
