I stumbled upon your channel a few days ago and lets me tell you I’m obsessed!! I love watching your attempting famous people’s diets, but confirming them into what works for you! You’ve given me so mush inspiration as I was diagnosed with heart failure over 2 years ago and am working on healthifying my lifestyle since. My heart is doing much better and I’m feeling as great as one could in my condition! Granted I had to have a permanent pacemaker/defibrillator put in me, but that’s not just a safety net. A healthy lifestyle and exercise added is key for ultimate success! Thank you!

The thing is 75 Hard is only as hard as you make it. You pick your diet and stick to it, then workout twice. People just assume they have to starve or go crazy in the gym, then outside.

    • @Updog89 says:

Ok… but here’s a crazy question. Why? The sign of a truly disciplined person is the capacity for flexibility and moderation. You don’t have to make things harder for yourself with overly rigid structure to be healthy and successful. Why not just aim to lead a healthy balanced lifestyle?

The only people who actually needs a 75 hard to make healthier lifestyle changes are influencers who want the clicks for it.

@@Updog89read the book and it’ll answer your questions. People “just aim to lead a healthy and balanced lifestyle” all the time… and consistently fail. It’s not meant to be the guidelines you live by for the rest of your life. I know many people in my personal life who have benefited from the challenge that aren’t influencers or even on social media.

It’s content that celebrates eating whatever you feel is filling your cup, with obviously taking into consideration nutritional needs, that heals me.
