    I was surprised you were at 30.000 already at 1pm actually. 7000 steps per hour is actually quite the fast and the dreadmill walking and especially the walking in circles in the house is not that fast.
    Also surprised there was reak foot pain, since that many steps without being used to it would usually lead to major foot pain and possible injuries.

      I walked less than 7000 steps per hour and slower than expected which is why I finished at 11:15 pm instead of 8pm
