She isn’t a thin person, though. And her what I eat in a day is a lie. I’m really sorry, she didn’t get to that size by eating that amount of food. It’s a lie and she’s eating off camera or this day was an aberration. You’re not helping people by pretending their eating habits are fine. I say this as a person who had lost 130 lbs. It’s the food, it’s the amount they are eating. It’s literal basic science.

    • @MademoiselleBleme says:

You should know better than act like you know someone’s current lifestyle and diet based on their current appearance. That’s the whole point.

    • @cheesecake134 says:

@@MademoiselleBlemeIt’s always funny to me how someone can literally release a video ABOUT their diet and then people still want to claim you “don’t know her diet and lifestyle!!!!” Um, she just showed us, babe. And I agree, no way this woman is eating like this every day. It’s either a “cleaner” eating day or made up completely for the video. Fat people DO deserve respect, but let’s also stop lying to placate her feelings. She didn’t get this big, and no one does, eating like this.

    • @elvien1640 says:

Think you should go educate yourself on hormonal disorders etc and how they can cause obesity NOT eating a lot of food or vice versa even if someone is eating a lot of food why do you think that is? Hunger control hormones etc are off/not functioning properly etc. Do you get it yet? It’s not their fault and until people become more educated on what ACTUALLY causes obesity this crisis will go on

    • @Lav3nd3r0h says:

@@cheesecake134 it’s ironic you say that because this person did release a video about their diet yet you refuse to believe it’s accurate. So you realize by your standards, fat people can’t do anything right. Very respectful.

    • @vilma9142 says:

What makes you think this isn’t her true diet and perhaps a diet that she’s eating on purpose to lose weight? You can’t immediately assume that there’s no way she eats that amount just bc she’s obese in THIS video. Maybe she has already lost 20lbs, 50lbs, 100lbs before this video and you just look at her current body and decide that she’s lying. I would think as you have lost weight yourself, you would know better than to assume based on looks…

  • @RebeccaO619 says:

Omg Abbey you are doing waaaaaaaay too much. There is absolutely no reason a person should have 10,000 calories in a single day and eating mini bagels twice a day. This girl needs therapy. ASAP.

  • @shakneyspears says:

😢Eggs for breakfast with all the cholesterol? And cream cheese with the saturated fat? Pasta AND biscuits? Better with only one source of processed carbs. I can’t wait for DOAC interview with Neil Bernard comes out. Would like your take on it Abbey

    • @damnpirate1259 says:

I bet you get all energy and proteins from air

    • @shakneyspears says:

@ Ever heard of legumes, quinoa, vegetables, fruit, berries, seeds and nuts?

    • @blossompure says:

U think eggs cause high cholestrol🤦🏻‍♀️

    • @shakneyspears says:

@ I know I won’t make a carnivore stop eating eggs. They’re not ideal human food, sure if you have access to nothing else.

Some people are “hyper-responders” (about 25–30% of people), meaning their LDL (“bad”) cholesterol does go up significantly when they eat cholesterol-rich foods like eggs.

Even in people who don’t see a big rise in total cholesterol, eating a lot of eggs can shift LDL particles to a smaller, denser form, which is more atherogenic (meaning it can contribute to artery plaque).

Large, long-term independent cohort studies (like the Nurses’ Health Study and Health Professionals Follow-Up Study) have found higher egg consumption is associated with a slightly higher risk of cardiovascular disease, especially in people who already have diabetes or existing heart issues.

    • @Lav3nd3r0h says:

@@shakneyspears cholesterol and weight aren’t related

  • @clairesutherland232 says:

Wow. Even here people are leaving nasty comments. While it is possible she is eating more than she claims its also possible there is a ligit medical issue going on. I work in mental health and have seen people on anti psychotic medication pile on weight. Steroids can do the same. Not to mention thyroid disorders, hormonal disorders and various other things I’m not educated enough to comment on can make the body hold onto fat more than the average person.
We recently found out my husband has an illness that may be contributing to his continued difficulties in losing weight. I’ve seen it real time. We are are on a similar calorie amount, and I’m a lot smaller, he’ll barely be losing anything while it falls of me. He’ll then put it back on within the space of a couple of days. Do you see how this is disheartening and makes it hard to stick to healthy behaviors?
Even if this girl does have a problem with food, what do you think leaving nasty comments disguised as ‘concern for her health’ is actually doing? Its not helping her, it can only make someone feel worse (assuming she is feeling bad about her weight) and I’m fair certain people who post these comments know that. Bullying behaviour pure and simple.
This comment isn’t for them, its for anyone watching who is struggling with how they feel about their weight for any reason. Not everyone is judging you. We might be judging the people putting you down though ❤

    • @LaLaLaLaLaTB12 says:

@clairesutherland232  All those medications make you gain weight because you EAT MORE. None of this is a mystery. It still always comes down to calories in, calories out.

    • @amparomadueno5309 says:

@@LaLaLaLaLaTB12 not really, if you have a thyroid disorder like hypothyroidism your body literally burns less calories as the metabolism is slower, it also causes tiredness 😅 so it makes it hard to exercise

    • @LaLaLaLaLaTB12 says:

@amparomadueno5309  Yeah and they should be working with their endocrinologist to fix it. This is such a bad excuse. 12% of the total population has thyroid issues. Most likely when someone is obese they probably don’t have a medical condition making it worse. They probably just eat too much.

    • @theveganclown says:

couldn’t Agree More I Was Very Overweight As A Child But I Was Also On Antidepressants but I was very active as well

    • @WolfeWrangle says:

@@amparomadueno5309this is true but it doesn’t change the fact that people say that as if it refutes calories in vs. Calories out. If calories out is lowered, the calories in can absolutely adjust. If the person can’t healthily alter calorie sbsorption then they can work on calories out. If they’re physically too tired to do that and lowering calories would put them at risk of not getting the nutrients needed then yes in that case even if it’s still physically controllable, it would make sense to deal with other issues first so that weight management can become a priority again n

  • @laurie2715 says:

What you said at the end is the best point you made here . 👍👏 I’ve witnessed far too many ultra thin relatives eat far more and yet are thin . It’s a LOT in the genes and many other factors of health affect weight .

  • @Shadyhollow21 says:

I’ve been following this channel for a while and I have noticed the bigger people who may have over eating tendencies tend to be met with much more compassion than the underweight people who aren’t eating enough. Why is that when both can lead to health problems and neither should be promoted online?

    • @katetempleton9669 says:

Abbey have commented a few times on mukbangs and the dangers of overeating. But I see your point, though.

    • @Shadyhollow21 says:

@@katetempleton9669 oh definitely! I’m not saying she ignores it I just think she’s more sympathetic whereas when it’s a person who’s too thin it’s a bit more critical I guess ??

    • @Shadyhollow21 says:

@@katetempleton9669 oh definitely! I’m not saying she ignores it I just think she’s more sympathetic whereas when it’s a person who’s too thin it’s a bit more critical I guess ??

    • @Updog89 says:

I’ve noticed it, too. Just gonna say it— the snark levels are elevated when it’s someone leaner than Abbey, and it makes me think there’s some unresolved issues there with her own ED recovery journey. A lot of folks with EDs develop a sense of competitiveness. 🤷‍♀️

At one point she also straight-up omitted things from the WIEAD videos from some people and made it look like they were underrating, including a British male vegan whose name I forget. But it was very shocking that she would misrepresent his diet and then snark him for not eating enough.

    • @emilystinson5632 says:

I totally see where you’re coming from, but I think it’s important to note that a lot of the people who aren’t eating enough are kind of glorifying this and (consciously or not) encouraging other people to undereat just to stay/be skinny. Obviously all people deserve compassion, but some messages need to be cut down harder and quicker because they’re more damaging

  • @brth5095 says:

Stop encouraging this or giving them a pat on the shoulder. You’re HARSH on skinny people and BLATANTLY accuse them of having EDs. So do the right thing here and call them out too

    • @babygurl6962 says:

What exactly is wrong with her meals that day that Abby didn’t suggest healthier options for???

    • @sophiavillegas3318 says:

she cant afford to get canceled

    • @nicorizzo5402 says:

This girl clearly is eating fairly healthy though, there isn’t much to call out. At least not according to what she claims she eats. You’re just mad that she’s fat.

    • @magpiemorrigan says:

Just say you hate fat people and move on. Nobody needs to defend basic human decency. Get some help.

    • @dianewilson2330 says:

It’s the kids gloves that she uses to talk about fat people vs. Skinny. She’s merciless on skinny ppl.

  • @anonymous0340 says:

“Ideally we would want to prioritize sleep at night”. Seriously? That’s where we’re back to? Like yes, being a functioning adult means prioritizing your bodily needs 🤯🤯🤯

  • @yevmk6031 says:

Excuse me but it’s physically impossible to have that much excess weight without consistently overeating. That can only be her real diet if she’s losing weight, or it’s her one clean day or eating

  • @atis23 says:

Is that butter on her pasta?

  • @reganstandlick7520 says:

Proud of her for owning her body.
