I’ve been wanting to start taking creatine but there are so many choices! Is there a brand of you recommend, or tips on what to look for when choosing creatine?

    • @americangirl6582 says:

Create gummies were the best choice for me. Each gummy is 1.5mg taken 3x day to prevent water retention. It’s important to drink more water as creatine causes water to pull into the muscle cells. Kidney damage can occur due to dehydration. I’m on week two. I’ve seen a huge improvement in tone, strength & endurance. I’m getting muscles that I never had over 50 years. It also helps with inflammation. A RN diagnosed w/ rare genetic disorder that causes painful dislocations & subluxations. CFS was constant due to pain. With MB & creatine, my life is rapidly changing for the better. Prayer & research. Hope this helps.

      Yes the gummies from Legion

    • @stacie801 says:

Dr. Stacy Sims (women’s health/exercise dr) recommends creatine monohydrate and the momentous brand.

    • @LoriWatson11 says:

I heard the gummies may not have as much Creatine in them as advertised. You really can’t go wrong with any brand as long as it just says Creatine Monohydrate and nothing else. Beware of added crap like maltodextrin, sugars and natural flavors.

    • @territhomas7314 says:

The gummies are good but I found the sugar spiked my insulin and affected my ketosis. If you are carb sensitive, be aware of that.

    All my creatine questions answered….thankyou!

When is the best time to take creatine?

    Nice Autumn

  • @vickiewells2761 says:

Will you please tell me how many vegetables we should eat daily? Raw and cooked Thanks 🙂

When is the best time to take creatinine

  • @AlexandertheGreat99 says:

Do you take it with food or on an empty stomach?

  • @mj7945 says:

I recently had blood work done and my creatinine was the only elevated test. I drink a lot of water (more than 80 oz per day). What if taking creatine elevates your creatinine too high?

    • @elizabethgray2386 says:

Make sure you’re taking creatine monohydrate. There are some bodybuilders creatine supplements that use a different type and that can raise your creatinine. Just a thought.

  • @KDChaly says:

my guts can’t handle it. I’ve tried monohydrate, HCL, mixed in food versus water, as little as 1.5g. I’ve considered the gummies, wondering if they’re more digestible for me.. Thoughts?

  • @kencali3303 says:

Any opinion regarding Turkesterone? I was watching a video with Coach Greg and he’s pushing the supplement saying that it’s even greater than creatine, and I would like to know your thoughts, if you had any on it.

  • @kelliebarley5285 says:

Thank you! Any recommendations for brands?

  • @simplycurlyde says:

Ooooooh! I thought that was only for hardcore workouts. I guess I will give it a try. Weight loss has always been a challenge for me. I started IF in 2020 and was able to loose 50 lbs in 3 years, with on exercise. Then, I plateaued and started gaining again. So, I started walking and ST and nothing is happening. Very discourage.
