    Dave you are incredible!
NMN and Ta65 are the most important. Hormones also.

  • @spacejunkisforever6311 says:

Two of the nicest guys. And I so relate to Dave not being able to think of all his supplements. You get into your routine with them and you forgot their names and even what they do. Good to review them. Like Dave, I lose muscle easily with endurance exercise and learned from this video that HMB is anti-catabolic. I’ll be taking it daily now instead of only before my cardio workouts.

Funny question – this looks like it’s filmed in a camping trailer. I wonder if it is!

    Seriously though, great video Siim!

  • @KasKade7 says:

Having a 6-pack for half a century or longer seems a nice goal. Mine already is very visible around 14%BF. For me it’s always been a good marker for longevity because it also means slightly CR and more autophagy. Never having Dad Bod also makes you unique. But you still need a mini bulk to gain muscle unless you’re just maintaining what you have. Going below 10% will get you into risky territory and might burn muscle and lower your test. like Dave said. Seems the sweet spot is 11-15%BF imho. You’re also stronger and look younger at slightly higher BF then 10%, much easier to maintain too.
