Yes I find myself sitting way too much even after I’ve worked out with you try to get at least 7,000 steps & full body, but then if I sit I not only feel quilty, but my body hurts too & my mind is not in a good place.
Been doing this new 10 min stretch close to the end of my 2hrs daily of your workouts! Even of you only do this stretch, you’ll feel better!
So what exercise do you do?
I do because of my back pain but starting to get swelling in my feet and ankles do you have exercises for that or for people with major back pain?
