I’m so glad you call out body checks on other vids. It made me feel like I was crazy

  • @CRG_ says:

The butter on top of the eggs is crazy

Edit: obviously I love butter…. It’s just usually under the eggs to grease the pan or fry

  • @Bexy says:

Who is the woman in the WIEIAD?

  • @Mmmaaarrr86 says:

i followed her a while ago bc i love her balanced recipes! they inspire me for my wfh meal times

  • @anainesgonzalez8868 says:

I loved it! Need that day of delicious food

  • @danastonerock says:

I hate the body checks !

  • @tcsnowdream9975 says:

Your videos are so amazing – I love how you point out that a diet that is healthy means it’s rich in variety, nutrients and taste. I feel like people make dieting so over complicated now and that enjoying good food is somehow… wrong?

  • @petergriffiinbirdistheword says:

Grape toast and scrambled eggs is a great struggle meal, yum!

  • @user-ib5ro2dj9x says:

Girl thank you so much. I appreciate everything you do I’ve come to some realizations about my eating thanks to you and your videos.

  • @rachelk4805 says:

Love that this had basically been what I have eaten so far today

  • @britnilewis6940 says:

Yes but if I eat like this I still gain weight… why?

    • @ilsedevries2529 says:

Because intuitive eating isnt great for weightloss and it is (mostly) bullshit😅

    • @selen5487 says:

Super healthy balanced each meal like this can still make someone gain weight of overall the amount of calories is too much for them and that can be the type of food or the size. I suggest trying a calorie tracker app to get a general idea of how many calories a day and a weight loss calculator on the internet you can find it which will give you depending on you how many calories will be needed for weight loss or maintenance. Just try and see what works for you everyone’s different – I have a super skinny model friend who eats McDonald everyday but she eats like once a day and she’s really tall. But if you eat like this and are happy just try reducing the portion size of you’re gaining weight or adding in more walking steps you got this ❤

    • @Diana-qp2rw says:

Weight loss and weight gain is not only about what you eat, but mostly about calories. Eating balanced, satisfying meals full of protein and veggies makes it easier to get into a calorie deficit, but depending on how much of it you eat and how much or little you lose you can still get into a calorie surplus and gain weight.
Maybe you could just write down everything you eat for a few days to see what’s your problem. Maybe you’re using a lot of fat to cook? If so, see if you can reduce it. Or you snack mindlessly in between meals? If so, make sure your snacks are balanced and satiating, not too high in calories, and eaten more mindful and not just out of boredom.

    • @selen5487 says:

@@Diana-qp2rw I use to eat very “healthy” home cooked meals my mom made one winter I still do but we use to have plates and plates of it because well we thought it’s healthy and that’s when I gained weight

  • @mm1234Xxx says:

I seriously thought she was about to make a scrambles eggs and strawberry jam sandwich 😅

  • @lisaweinmann9245 says:

I eat almost as well these day I’m proud to say

  • @amyparra1881 says:

    I dig all of it

  • @pinksalamanders says:

People are allowed to be proud of their bodies. If other people not hating themselves triggers you, don’t watch.

    • @selen5487 says:

      Well said.

    • @Diana-qp2rw says:

I agree, but body checks in WIEIAD videos are a bit stupid and misleading because they imply that eating this way will get you the influencer’s body and that the diet is about getting a certain body, not about health, even when the influencer claims to only do it for health reasons.

    • @selen5487 says:

@@Diana-qp2rw I’m in the middle when it comes to this because I see that point too but also think people should just do whatever. My main problem with this is more so if a skinny girl body checks she finds and picks them if a larger person does she doesn’t pick on them never would that’s my main issue , so it’s not a general stance against body checking because she probably picked on 10000s of body checking videos of skinny girls and 0 for a larger lady so

  • @AB2B says:

Always surprises me when people don’t understand balanced doesn’t mean restricted. Her food looks so yummy!

  • @BlahBlahBlah13623 says:

If you’re going to the effort to review a diet, shouldn’t you also comment on the areas for improvement? Such as suggesting incorporating fruit into her daily diet, and choosing wholegrains over refined grains? I agree with your points about balance, but there’s clearly area to improve her health with diet as well without perpetuating toxic diet culture

  • @selen5487 says:

Even on a normal video she’s praising and not criticizing – she needs to bring in negativity about other videos how much body checks trigger her. Why can’t people show off their bodies as much as their faces big round curvy slim straight or whatever – why can’t you encourage self acceptance ? For all sizes including smaller . Is it a crime to show off your body and show what you eat in a day if you want to share that with society? Should we shame you for showing ur face and what you eat in a day…

    • @user-fc4xg5ym1t says:

Not to mention that Abbey is wearing a crop top that’s showing her stomach here. How’s that not a body check? Cover up and follow you own advice, Abbey

    • @selen5487 says:

@@user-fc4xg5ym1t she thinks her shaming doesn’t apply to her or certain bodies she deems as appropriate.. every video every one she has something negative like if not every other she needs to just put that out there

  • @alexisisaacson7773 says:

    Love her!

  • @maja0247 says:

FINALLY enough food in a video😍
