    Thanks for this! I’m trying to add more protein into my diet but wanna make sure I’m doing it right – I’ve recently discovered your videos and I’ve been loving them! You’re so beautiful and your tips really help me view things in a different way.     Like most 40+ male Hollywood stars, Mark gets into amazing shape on a strict dietary regime of chicken, broccoli, rice and TRT (oops, you’re not supposed to mention the last one!🤫) Wouldn’t all that extra protein just result in some very expensive pee?

    I don’t have cheat days
    I eat my cravings in smaller amounts
    I just try to be mindful and I lost tons of weight and eat better
    I no longer feel like I am missing something and get obsessed

    I eat high protein because I have osteoporosis and want to build muscle and heal my bones, I eat both animal and plant proteins but I Definitely prefer plant proteins they’re tastier better and wonderful delicious texture, I’ve heard that you can only eat too much overeat animal proteins,
    From what I’ve heard too much animal protein is harder on the kidneys but plant proteins are not as hard on the kidneys

      If we are talking of eating proteins from food and not from protein powder, I’d say that eating too much plant protein is just very, very hard. You’d have to eat tons of pulse and legumes that would come with a lot of fibre and carbs

      @loiracitr  I’m not worried about carbs as long as they come from whole foods and not crap but I do use protein powder
      But that’s why I ate both animal and plant proteins despite the fact that I hate animal proteins they’re so gross and disgusting but I still have to eat them

    Abby , does your Nueu protein powder contain any artificial sweeteners? I can’t have stevia or any of the other kinds of sweeteners other than sugar/honey/maple . I have been looking for a protein supplement that I can eat. I have looked on the Web site but can’t find this information.

    Fun fact from someone who works in ocular research and ophthalmology for 5 yrs !

    There is a good chunk of people who have a zinc intolerance. There are studies that show Zinc can actually hinder eye health – primarily for those who have (or have genetics for) Dry Macular Degeneration. Not saying don’t take Zinc, but something to look into since eye health was mentioned here! 🙂
