    hi just checked out your vids! i was wondering if you wld do a video on a healthy or unhealthy vegetarian diet, i see a lot of vegan vids on your channel but no vegetarian ones

    As a newer athlete eating more calories has allowed me to recover quickly. I was eating 1700. My trainer has me eating 2300 to 2500. Its been 3 months and my weight is the same and I feel way better during tournaments instead of feeling like falling out! Point, don’t be scared of calories expecially if you are active!
