This is fascinating! Are there effective ways to maintain or boost NAD+ levels as we age?

  • @ĐoànThịTràMyMy says:

Very high quality content! I look forward to new videos from you! 💖😘

Hi. How do you typically interact with your audience outside of YouTube? 💕😚

    I love this channel!

Good thing I eat bread then didn’t know the only sufficient source of niacin was fortification and that I’d die if I didn’t eat it lol very scary.. praise the fortification gods for keeping our synthetic species alive, shout out to the lab crew our lives depend on you, we would all be in a sorry state without our supplements and fortifications

    • @pdblouin says:

I think you misinterpreted the claims in the video. The video states that niacin is in basically everything we eat. But white flour bread was definitely causing deficiency before fortification. A large part of their total caloric intake was probably unfortified bread, though, otherwise it’s hard to imagine how they got pellagra.

    • @VeganChiefWarrior says:

Bread life, everyone must have been eating only white bread for breakfast lunch and dinner with nothing spread on it and no meat or vegetable it’s the only way, atleast they were plant based lol @@pdblouin

    • @VeganChiefWarrior says:

Imagine eating plain white bread with no spread 3 times a day and no meat or veg lol atleast they were vegan

  • @danielalindan9642 says:

Very happy to see dr. G. do NAD because it’s impossible to tell hype from fact with all the peddlers and influencers. I hope he will do cold exposure one day, way too much hype in that area too.

  • @bubblybull says:

You said, you were going to tell us how to get NAD outside of supplements, but you didn‘t ? 🥲 Will you talk about that in the next video?
