Same here. I didnβt even realize Iβd had it, but Iβm having the same or similar after effects as many others. Still in the βcanβt exerciseβ phase. Hope it ends soon! Iβm so far behind on everything.
It messed with my hormones too, I think, as Iβve had some hair loss issues. Canβt blame menopause, because Iβve been there. Done that. Years ago.π

It definitely is for some. But she did say that upfront there. She said to test yourself by doing a bit of housework first, and that would tell you if youβre ready to begin.
