So, my 5,000 IU daily dose for the last several years should have me at a decent level and should help several possible issues.

    • @Kayte... says:

Just be sure it isn’t too much. High levels can cause serious health issues.
5000 might be okay, check to be on safe side if you don’t know for sure.

    • @andreas956 says:

5000 is below the true RDI. 10 000 per day is no problem at all. Just measure your blood and make sure you’re in the optimal range of VIT D3 yearly.
10 000 per day cured depression for a family member. Just make sure you take Vit K2 100mcg together with Vit d to avoid calcification.

    • @MG63 says:

Also make sure you take Zinc. This is also needed for the vitamin D to work. Most people with low vitamin D are also low in Zinc.

    • @movement2contact says:

      @@MG63Not calcium..? 🤔

  • @andreas956 says:

    Yes or no?

  • @user-rw7xd7qy3j says:

What constitutes inadequate sunshine? For example in low light winters I get very little outdoor time

  • @trevorregay9283 says:

soooooo…….does Vitamin D3 in gummy form, you know, it has sugar in it, work as well?? Please say YES!!! LOL!

  • @TillyFloss says:

Hope this also civers importance of Vit K2 and magnesium as cofactors? No-one wants clogged arteries!

  • @UHaulShorts says:

    *K2*

  • @adiohead says:

I take vegan D3 tablets and my levels are around 100

  • @RadicalMycology says:

Most D3 supplements are not vegan, so check the labels carefully if that’s a concern to you.
