Does Drinking More Water Help You Lose Weight?
Water and weight loss: Those who stay hydrated tend to maintain a healthier body weight, but is it cause and effect?

I love this channel!
Even if drinking more water is not causing weight loss it will eventually because you will have less space in you to fill with calories. Haha
Though many professional binge-eaters use water to expand their stomachs as well.
@@eng.miroslavmanahilov1944 Lmao, water will never make you full. Everyone would have been skinny if this is true . 😅It’s just a liquid that causes Temp bloating, aka filling up your stomach, but only lasts for a few minutes when it deflates you’re back to eating, it won’t last for an hour, so the whole argument that it will curb your appetite or prevent you from eating is false, a myth.
@@archangelarielle262 professional? You’re telling me I can make this a profession?!
@@Theinvisiblehippie you and I have to live with the empty void, that could never be filled, accompanied with the regret/ guilt post-binge.

Fiber!
Dr Barbara Rolls says you should focus on food with water, like fruits and vegetables.
