    I’ve done a sardine challenge twice now. Each time when I’m done I’ve gone on an out of control bender, which completely negates the benefits of the sardine fast.

    What do you think about Intermittent Fasting? I’ve had insulin resistance since childhood. I lost a lot of weight on Ozempic and went from a size 2X to a size 0. Sadly, Ozempic almost killed me and I landed in the hospital with a stomach obstruction, and a hole cut into my right side with a hose from my hepatic duct which was attached to a biliary drain. I vowed to speak about the danger involved because, like you, I don’t want others to suffer what I did. Thanks for your insight and for sharing. . . .
