I wish Costco would carry the full fat Good Culture cottage cheese.
publix, fresh market and sprouts
@@melaniebrooks7709 thanks. Those aren’t local for me.
Me too!
Costco only carries Daisy brand. It’s a bit sweeter tasting and has harder curds
I agree. Why the LowFat Costco?
Wish I could find cottage cheese from pasture raised milk
You can make your own from raw skimmed clabbered milk, and then add the cream back in! I have been doing this lately and the cultured taste is incredible 😍 I clabber mine 4 days on the counter
A very nice one, Autumn!❤
❤❤❤ Love this! Always so thankful for all the hardwork and science backed info 💖
Could you do a video on cottage cheese recipes?
I love your channel. Please do some videos for ppl who can’t AFFORD the options you talk about. Thank you 😊
Always do the best you can with what you have. Perfect is the enemy of the good enough. God bless you. ❤
I am reducing my spending at the grocery store and want to also follow Autumns advice. Hopefully I’ll have some good substitutions and ideas for you over the next few weeks! Do you happen to have access to grocery bargain outlet? I have found some great discounts on products that fit her philosophy there! More on the west coast than east but here’s to you finding great options that bless your bank account as much as they bless your body!
Full fat cottage cheese is getting more popular here too, I find. I love it. Thanks Autumn. 👍❤️🇨🇦
I can’t find any clean cottage cheese in Canada (Ontario)… They all have a lot of added ingredients. What brand are u finding?
@@summersalix I buy Sealtest 4%. It is nothing like what Autumn can get in her grocery store. There aren’t a lot of choices in Quebec to be honest.
Good Culture full fat high protein cottage cheese is my favorite
I need to try cottage cheese eggs 🥚
Healthy cheesecake recipe PLEASE!🤍
I actually swapped the low fat cottage cheese to full fat and used it for a month. I found this delicious and satiating and I still lost weight.
For a savory option, I like to add salad olives, sunflower and chia seeds to the cottage cheese.
@@SP30305ATL sounds good! I prefer savory or even plain!
Love cottage cheese, but I don’t eat it as an entire meal. I could not eat the large amount you eat in one sitting😅
I LOVE cottage cheese. The only store around me that carries a healthier version (Good Culture) is Publix and they are constantly sold out (even at $5.99 a container). It doesn’t go on a BOGO free sale very often but, if it does, I go crazy…lol. There is a market store about 30 mins from me that might carry a grass-fed version but I don’t travel that way very often…I would have to take a cooler with me to keep it cold while traveling back home (I live in Florida). I may have to take a trip soon to see if they carry one.
Daisy Cottage has only a few ingredients in the other ones have so many more for a little cheaper
Paprika on cottage chz is fantastic
Where I live, there is only unflavoured available, 0%, 1%, 2% and 4%. What I’m concerned about is that they all contain gar gum, carragheneen, cellulose, and mono and diglycerides. I wish I could find pasture raised, organic and additive-free cottage cheese.
@@stephaniewilbur9748 check the labels. At least if it’s just milk with no additives, even if not pasture raised, it’s better than with all the junk!
I use “the other half” of the carton to whip it up with full fat plain Greek yogurt as a base for vegetable dips, tuna salad, and thin it out for salad dressing. I have not tried this combo as “ice cream” yet.
I love cottage cheese plain 😊
I love the Good Culture brand cottage cheese! They have a double cream version that’s 6% fat but I can only find that one at one store. The 4% is good too.
