It is good to find a doctor that follows the SCIENCE.

well, seems like we are still living in the stone ages. amazing any babies are born at all (healthy or not) since the food guidelines are beyond busted.

3 years prior seems like a good plan.

we were outliers in conception thoughts. went super clean. whole foods. for as many months as we could. vs. probably every single one of us born in the 1960s to now .. was an accident. drunken copulation on a weekend bender would be the norm. everyone eating garbage.

started to read a new book on what birth control does (during the pandemic), unfortunately that book is in storage.

a whole host of reasons to choose that option with eyes wide open.

HCLF .. is probably the worst possible diet. for every single outcome in western concepts of nutrition.

    I also had two children.
    both born with midwives.

    1996. and. 2001.

our diets were as perfect as we could figure (back then). but. both pregnancies were very different. food cravings. different. babies were both healthy, but our first had occasional seizures, which was alarming, but with both children we isolated food allergies in the infant due to breastfeeding links we made. food matters. thankfully.

the literature and medics were beyond useless in that era.

grains were causing the seizures in our case. still makes me wonder why they are pushed as healthy. if your bundle of joy did that. ever. you would be absolutely mortified / livid / etc.

carbs, starches, UPF, seed oils, oxalates, birth defects … the entire body of lit .. needs a gigantic overhaul. what has been isolated by both the veg/an and carnivore camps. especially carnivore since 2017.

our understanding is certainly still in the dark ages .. both of my daughters are now grown, so I am constantly worried they will have botched pregnancies when that time comes. a relative had a downs baby. ruined their existence. surprised they tried again. they were white trailer trash, so no surprise really. you might get lucky with a still birth. having a gimp. is a boat anchor. this is caused by a broken diet. not chance. or. luck. the wife was only mildly overweight, but lots of sugar was the norm. so many nutrient deficiencies in plant dominant circles. huge tie-in to fertility flaws. you are not conceiving. because your diet myth is wrong. in probably both parents. not just one.

any diet that needs supplements. is. broken. give that up. please. the planet needs to start again .. soy oil in the studies alone. has skewed what we ‘ think we know ‘.

thanks for being in my feed.
definitely not a topic I normally delve into.
