Sunscreens are also full of chemicals that enter the body through pores and sweat. Use coconut oil if deliberatly outside or stay out of the sun if UV count is 7-8+ depending skin type

    Amazing presentation!

  • @DanEngell says:

I live in the U.S. up north in Washington State. I noticed a resistance to sunburn after going low carb. I also get that mood reinforcement/ reward (however you described it) from getting a tan. I feel like it gives me higher testosterone or something.

  • @vmura says:

i have known this since i started thinking myself. i get sun, do not wear sunscreen or sunglasses.

  • @willdutt says:

Thanks for sharing all this awesome knowledge. The sunglasses affecting the skin response is very interesting and on a N=1 (myself), I’ve found that wearing sunglasses gave me a red skin then not wearing sunglasses which I browned more on my english heritage skin.

  • @brantpalley7181 says:

At 69 got Melanoma (in situ) after a life time in the sun, my Vit D is 70, now, and havent had any seed oils in a year. So Dr Gulhane has predicted my situation perfectly.

  • @nwogamesalert says:

Utra violet also poses a risk to the eyes. People living in high altitudes like the Himalayas often go blind when they grow old because of UV damage to the retina. At high altitudes the light is less filtered.
