      I can tell you the chocolate covered, peanut butter stuffed Dates would be 20 – 25 carbs each. The Dates alone are 10 carbs each, 1 fiber, 8 sugar. I buy the 3 pack of Joolies Dates from Sprouts a couple of times a month. So for the 3 pack it’s 110 calories, 30 carbs, 25g sugar, 3g fiber. So if you were to eat 3 chocolate covered, peanut butter stuffed Dates, you’d be in serious trouble. 😂 I feel guilty when I eat the 3 plain Dates!

    Love the Joolies Dates, but I have to be careful because they’re so high in carbs/sugar. I have to buy the 3 pack (3 dates in a pkg) so that it limits how many I can eat. They’re delicious. Unfortunately the Hu chocolate tested high for lead and cadmium. Bryan Johnson did a video testing popular chocolate. Most of them had heavy metals actually. I believe Ritter Sports was the best. I had never heard of it before, but recently saw it at Fresh Market.
