Red meat isn’t linked to colon cancer.
Wow. You stated a thing. Except it’s untrue. A meta-analysis of 29 studies of meat consumption and colon cancer concluded that a high consumption of red meat increases risk by 28%, and a high consumption of processed meat increases risk by 20%. That’s from Health.Harvard . Edu. If only there was a way to research things before you posted on the internet…..🤔
@ that was a terrible meta analysis from studies from britian that were extremely poorly researched and biased. Red meat is a health food.
Exactly. Why are dieticians still spouting this?
@@emmaleebuzzard1023 i know right
@@NuggetBS “red meat is a health food” lol
Can you do a full video on Oats, covering meals, types eg quick, rolled, steal cut, etc, how it effect GLP1, fibre content and variants, how it effects gastrointestinal health and microbes please? The Oats fear and stigma is terrible right now and prior it was seen as a safe, healthy and versatile meal option. Thank you.
I second this
Oats are good for you, and the closer to whole/in-tact, the better (whole oat groats > steel cut > rolled > instant). It’s really that simple.
Raspberries, and avocados are high in fiber! Leafy greens. Try to eat a rainbow of variety if you can
Einkorn and lentils are really my go-to right now
But despite the studies, (the ones that aren’t biased, that is) she still claims seed oils are totally fine. So irresponsible
Also being overweight is a significant risk factor.
