Hi! The bakery department at whole foods makes real sourdough bread. I asked the baker and he said they let it ferment for 3 days if thats long enough? Thats the only place i have been able to find it
I have been wondering about the sourdough from Whole Foods – I love it but thought it might not be the real deal.
@@joyce10309 I also get sourdough from Whole Foods occasionally if I can’t make it to my local bakery. Very curious if it’s actually properly fermented as well.

Me too I would love a video on the exercise routine! That whole losing muscle mass is my problem!
@@catherine9646 same! I go on daily walks and took a screenshot of autumn’s weekly workout routine to include strength training and rest days but some more examples and ideas that are pregnancy safe while still building muscle would be so helpful right now ☺️

Love this! My husband and I are planning to get pregnant with our third baby at the end of the year or early next year, and I hope to remain super active and be healthy during that last pregnancy. I am really active with my 3 year old and 11 month old everyday, and I hope to have the best pregnancy yet. If I continue losing a pound a week, I will be at my goal weight in July so will have a good period of maintenance before then 🎉.
