😋😋
hi! i relatively new here.
what do you think about flaxseed and chicory (as a drink) for gut health?
I love your protein shake recipes! I’m currently adding a few frozen cherries & cauliflower rice to mine.
Hi Autumn! I cannot believe how much Sage has grown! She’s adorable! Thank you for sharing these amazing breakfast ideas. I just put in another order for your delicious protein powder. I was recently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, so getting more protein in my diet is essential. I truly appreciate you so much. Blessings to you and your beautiful family.
One of the ways I’ve found that you can get in a balanced breakfast, is by breaking your ideas of what breakfast foods are. If you live in the West, chances are you eat various versions of a very small handful of foods for breakfast — variations on smoothies, some sort of bread (toast, bagel, avocado toast, eggs on toast etc) or pastry, cereal, eggs with some sort of meat, yogurt in various forms. But the thing is, you don’t need to limit yourself whatsoever in what you have for breakfast. Anything you eat for another meal, can be eaten for breakfast, and that opens up a whole world of delicious possibilities! Breakfasts I’ve had recently:
Poached eggs on wilted spicy garlic spinach, and a slice of sourdough bread (7g of protein per slice!)
3oz salmon with green beans and mushrooms and avocado (avocado is INCREDIBLE with salmon! Who knew?!)
Poached eggs over a skillet mix of potatoes, mushrooms, carrots and spinach
Poached eggs over skilled potatoes (not from a package) and a whole roasted onion
(I’ve been on a poached eggs kick lately lol)
Poached eggs over cooked pinto beans with assorted sautéed veggies, with crispy chili sauce
Seared scallops with sautéed kale, peppers, broccoli in chili garlic sauce
3 oz trout with green beans, broccoli, cauliflower and avocado
Hey Autumn, FYI I have found a full fat skyr yogurt from Painterland Sisters with even more protein (21g instead of 18g per serving). And it is insanely thick and creamy! You should keep an eye out for it.
A yummy breakfast!❤❤
I can’t thank you enough for what you do!
Aw thank you so much!❤️
@ Thanks for helping me get healthier.
Some amazing recipes. Love the hot and cold combo in the savory cottage cheese breakfast. I eat steamed broccoli with cottage cheese these days. 🥦 helps me in making feel satiated. Thank you Autumn. 🥦❤️🇨🇦
Hi Autumn. I’ve been getting in the habit of cooking with avocado oil. I’ve heard that cooking with olive oil after a certain temperature can not be a good source of fat. Do you find that to be the case?
