    It was good to be able to do it at the time it was released as I am usually at work. I follow the pattern of the Body-shaping series, so tomorrow I will do an active rest/recovery day and come back to this series on Wednesday (due to being back at work from tomorrow). I use Pahla B videos alongside other YouTubers and do moderate exercise each day.

    So blessed to have found you. Turning 65 on Saturday and walking through menopause has been no joke. I wish I would have had you during my 50’s. I wouldn’t have beat myself up so much trying to exercise hard and eating less. I will be sharing your site with many!

    I just started with my workout again. I had my mom sick for 2 months and it was a very hard time as she has passed away. And then I caught covid, but I’m feeling much better.       The more you do it, the easier it is to do regularly! Last year I had been working out 6-7 times a week…not so much right now😉 so a new series is always a great motivator. You can do this!!! 💪

    I’m not 50+, I’m 22 and I have hormonal issues and mobility issues, so the low impact and consistent intensity and general healthy atmosphere about weight and weight loss is very beneficial to me, so thank you, even though I’m not the intended audience.

      No matter your age, this is a great program, especially if you haven’t been doing much exercise. Just a great way to get moving and a segway into more active things if that’s were you need to go. Hope you enjoyed it.

    This is maybe my third time around doing this program. I just love it. I’ve had a month off from doing anything, having finished round one of the Body Shaping series (which I loved), I just wanted something light before I jumped back into it. Aaah, a walk with Pahla. You got me again girl, by throwing in those cardio exercises. But my body just did them like there wasn’t even a break. It was so great to see your smiley face again.
