Can this work with beef protein powder (my tummy doesn’t agree w whey, unfortunately)? Sometimes beef protein makes recipes “gummy.”

I agree abt the cottage cheese issue. Everyone hated it and now it’s impossible to find. Ugh.

  • @stellablue7609 says:

Yum, making it this morning. Thanks!!

  • @guylainelamoureux says:

    Nice collab 🤓🍫🍪🤓. Katy rules 😎. Have a nice weekend y’all 💪❤️🇨🇦

  • @ervinsmoviecorner8748 says:

    So yummy!❤

  • @jaafarawadallah514 says:

I been having a hard time to find full fat dairy and then went ti a local farm where they find full fat dairy products

  • @ellakosma4415 says:

Ha! I already tried this one from your newsletter and it was super satiating and yummi 😋

  • @brookeflood5683 says:

Yes hard to find full fat cottage cheese and also whole milk greek yogurt too.. often sold out

  • @christina6308-z says:

Nice video. You should think about making a video that includes information like how you mentioned three eggs gets you your daily dose of choline. What serving size of certain proteins or fats will get you all the nutrients you need in one day? An interesting question and I’m sure something a lot of people wonder.

  • @suzannecarrier287 says:

Easy to find whole fat Good Culture in Vermont and Massachusetts. We can’t find the double cream! Thanks for the recipe!!😊

    • @LCboston75 says:

Yes, I’m always able to find the full fat good culture at Market Basket. They always have the full fat Greek yogurts, too. We can’t find the double cream, either!

  • @gman77gas says:

I could eat the entire pan at one sitting!

  • @barbarahanson5017 says:

I don’t ever hear you speak to cholesterol issues when using full fat options like the cottage cheese and yoghurt. Can you address this for older people.

    • @cathi7610 says:

We need full fat which has more protein … Edit: I wasn’t aware that the protein is the same usually re low fat and full fat products. They are realizing that whole fat is healthier. I am older and I have read alternative views regarding nutrition.
Our bodies need cholesterol which it makes. There are studies on this too.

    • @candleabra1837 says:

Yes, please. Especially related to atherosclerosis and saturated fats.

    • @befitbysarah says:

@@cathi7610full fat doesn’t necessarily (or usually) have more protein. It does always have more calories. For example, good culture full fat cottage cheese has 110 calories and 14 g of protein per serving. Low fat has 80 calories and 14 g of protein per serving.

    • @suzannecarrier287 says:

I’m 61. There is new scientific research in the last few years that shows full fat dairy is better. I started using full fat cottage cheese and Greek yogurt 3 years ago and my triglycerides have dropped significantly, thus reducing the total cholesterol ratio! Try it and then re-do your blood work. If you are concerned about arterial plaque you can request more tests from your doctor to prove if it is occurring. I know, it’s so difficult to understand since we have avoided beef, eggs, butter and fats for decades thinking we were doing the right thing.😢

    • @lindaleclair8938 says:

@@candleabra1837yes! My calcium score was very high in December so ive been limited with saturated fats (working with nutritionist). Its so much better so with having to record my fats in an app it adds up too fast. On a positive note, since my numbers are so much better, she upped me from 15 to 20 per day.

  • @deborahclayton3101 says:

On a previous video you mentioned how protein packed artichokes are. I never gave my lonely can of artichokes a second thought for quite a while. I came across a recipe for roasted artichoke hearts and they will be added to my diet ASAP. Thanks
PS….you also mentioned the protein lower fat content of bison. I’ve seen bison at my grocery store but I’m yet to try it…until now! Thanks for that suggestion too.

  • @Dawn-MarieMiller says:

Lily’s chocolate chips are mostly sweetened with eryrthritol. I had to comment because they bother me and I would have liked if someone told me a good alternative. So if sugar alcohols bother you buy choc zero instead which is sweetened with monk fruit.

  • @user-we8vg3tj7i says:

    Thanks Autumn. YOu’re such a sweetheart! 💜💜💜

  • @susanevans7724 says:

Looks delicious! Can you educate us about guar gum (that’s in your protein powder) and about stevia? I read some many conflicting things about stevia. Eat it, don’t eat it, use monk fruit, etc. Thanks for your science!

  • @HeatherMoran says:

I was just telling a friend this morning that it was really hard to find cottage cheese lately!

  • @Kingdomintercessor says:

Full fat cottage cheese is always available at Aldi.

  • @skillsmany2235 says:

    🌞 Yummy! You’ve raised the bar(s) on nutritional break-fast!
    Thanks & Cheers! ☕️🕊♥️✨️

  • @kimmycupreacts says:

Hey Autumn! Love your channel. Just wondering if this is okay for kids to eat as well? I’ve heard mixed things about kids eating protein powder. Thanks!
