    Good Morning Doctor!

  • @Spock_Rogers says:

I can’t believe the number of parents who can see that their child is obviously overweight, yet physical fitness and healthy nutrition never seem to cross their mind. Cognitive dissonance, I guess. Thank you for working so hard to help people be healthier, Dr. Greger! 😍

    • @dianeladico1769 says:

I wonder how many of those parents are overweight and inactive themselves? Then they’d have to face an ugly truth.

  • @joesmith8879 says:

Makes total sense when you follow the money

  • @Yzyxdolorza says:

And the kids grow up addicted to sugar… many adult foods are nothing but candy anymore. My grandmother called it “gaggy sweet” Sugar, more addictive than heroin…

  • @dianeladico1769 says:

I got sugared cereal once a week, if that, and only at Grandma’s. She always spoiled me but even she put a cap on it. The rest of the week it was Cream of Wheat, ‘Mother’s Oats’ (even if they were Quaker) or other hot cereal. We only had Corn Flakes, Raisin Bran and Cherrios in the house. When I’d beg for the other stuff I got ‘nope, not feeding you that cr@p’.
