Answer: MOVEMENT!
By that logic the best metabolism booster is ankle weights or building muscle. Drinking water tho might yield lesser results if you actually use up the excess for sports or if you already hit the limit of water for the day.
If I recall correctly from your book, isn’t this effect cancelled if you’re taking beta blockers? Unfortunately that applies to me.
😮 for me the real surprise was the INCREDIBLE power of cold exposure both cold plunges and shower s. I’m also aware of drinking it on empty stomach. As they say in Hindi” jal jiwan hai”= translation ” water is LIFE”😁😁😁😁😁😁🙏
What should someone with a weak bladder do, to drink more water? 3.7 L is a lot of water
