    Wow! Thank you Pahla!! I’m 76 years old, weigh 115 pounds and look about 4 months pregnant!!! Unfortunately, my problem is STRESS because of health issues due to Lyme disease. I was an avid hiker and mountain biker up until 7 years ago when that miserable tick bit me and ruined my life!! I still try to walk as often as possible but I am so depressed because of balance issues and I no longer have the strength do what I loved to do!!
