Hi Autumn! I really enjoy watching your videos, thank you for all of the great information. My question is, after reaching your weight loss goals with intermittent fasting I want to know how does one go back to eating regular meals? I hope I’m making sense. Thanks!

    • Celtic Lass says:

You should still be eating regular meals when doing IF. Remember it’s not about eating less, it’s about eating less often. Otherwise what you’re doing is calorie-restricting, and then eating within a window.

  • My Bookworld says:

    Great Info!

  • Ervin's Movie Corner says:

    A very good one, Autumn!❤

  • Mandy Schilz says:

I have recently stopped drinking coffee first thing in the morning, I do a big glass of lemon water and it’s made a big difference.
I do have a coffee smoothie late morning since I still love coffee.

  • Marcus Holbert says:

    Thanks Autumn

One of the crazy things that I realized just recently, is that the more sedentary I am in any given day, the more I want to eat. You would think that with decreased energy expenditure my body would want less, but no, it gives me a hollow leg, and I feel like I can’t eat enough to stop wanting to eat more. Talk about motivation to move throughout the day! It doesn’t need to be excessive at all, really just making sure that I move curbs it. Amazing and crazy!

U have motivated me now 4 three years!

What about adding only 1 tsp of organic RAW sugar to my cup of tea

  • Billy says:

    Great feedback

  • driiifter says:

Coffee/tea/caffeine addicts are seething at this video already lmao. I had to quit caffeine because it gives me head aches now, like without fail. There’s like a 70% chance I will get a headache after drinking it.

  • Linda Chinaza says:

What about adding stevia to my coffee or tea?

  • Apostolos Katsioulas says:

Hello Autumn. When it comes to coffee, lately, I manage to have my caffeine intake way later in the morning. I usually wake up either at around 7-8 am, still I’ll have coffee either at around 10 or 12. I’ve read that the body’s cortisol is high early in the morning; having caffeine causes it to produce it further. Therefore, apologies to people for saying this; I know it’s hard, try to have your first coffee 1 or 2 hours after you wake up. However, if you hit the gym or exercise early in the morning, let’s say within these two first hours that you have woken up, caffeine is ideal for your workout. I won’t have serious caffeine intake after 3 pm (3 pm is the latest for me); if I wish anything I’ll have a coke zero. Thanks :D.

  • Bob Langford says:

Office treats are the WORST enemy to weight loss goals. It takes so much will power to avoid them. Sugary drinks are definitely up there too, but having them as a treat once in a while is okay.

  • Molly S says:

Hi Autumn! I started IF in mid- July and I’m down 20 lbs (btw Im 67). I started using monks fruit to replace sugar and switched to decaf coffee in the afternoon. I’m not a Stevia fan as I find it has an aftertaste and too much gives me a headache.

LMNT, if you see my CM please sell some more of your products to france its been a long time since its in rupture and we cant order

  • Denise Shumard says:

Can you provide the actual research you are referring to in regards to caffeine? Most studies I find don’t show this and the control groups aren’t consistent for findings.
