    Didn’t you cook them after draining(how were they soft)? Aren’t they hard to digest?

      She has a similar recipe for lentil pizza crust where you just soak the lentils and then blend with water and garlic. The “cooking” happens in the oven and I haven’t found it to be difficult to digest. I absolutely love the lentil recipe, so I’m eager to try this chickpea one, too!
