Hahaha it is a f*cking health hazard. So true, love the delivery of that!

  • @blueefanta8710 says:

i think if I ate 88 grams of fiber my intestines would rip themselves out of my body like the alien chestburster

  • @olif.5581 says:

I would want to try it just for the sake of FAFO. 😅

  • @shylaramesh5620 says:

i eat everything but i always check my calories and have calories limit. this help me alot .

  • @derrickallen8138 says:

Pizza is already healthy. It contains all the food groups depending on toppings

    • @xxtianxx11 says:

Classic napoletana, myabe even Europan style yes, but like Pizza hut, Dominos American types, hell nah

    • @user-bn6ht5eg4q says:

@@xxtianxx11well duh you don’t go to a fast food chain expecting healthy food. You can get healthy American style pizza though.

  • @JohnHausser says:

Better eat a whole bag of organic tortilla chips 😅

  • @Llaalllaal says:

We went from calorie freaks to fasting freaks to salad freaks to kero freaks and we have now officially lost it food-wise

  • @Godblessed2 says:

Should be called “Super Colon Blow Pizza” 😂

  • @andreawatson466 says:

    What brand is this?

  • @AngelaWildman-ep6qu says:

Blast indeed, as in out the rear

  • @user-fx9mv7yv3s says:

I honestly don’t even think pizza is unhealthy as it is, like depending on toppings. I think people jist eat too many slices bc it’s kind of a fast food to consume.

    • @vmin96 says:

Especially if you make it at home it can be super healthy 😭

    • @ninanegri4794 says:

Good quality of tomatoes, good cheese, good ham, grilled veggies (because i like it), mushrooms and you have an amazing complet and delicious dish !!!!!

    • @Diana-qp2rw says:

It really comes down to how it is prepared. If the ingredients have a good quality (I think especially the cheese is too often low quality), the sauce is a good one and not full of sugar, and the toppings are nutritious and of a good quality, pizza can actually be a balanced meal. You just have to be mindful so you don’t overeat (like you say, it’s easy to overeat on pizza because you can eat it fast).

    • @melissa90ify says:

I feel like any food is okay as long as it fits into your macros. When I’m wanting pizza, instead of a cheat day or cheat meal I eat a large by myself in 4 servings. Caloric deficit is caloric deficit.

    • @user-fx9mv7yv3s says:

Yeah- I always make my pizza with just tomatoes, olive oil, basil and garlic then I actually just do a little shaved parm bc I can’t eat motz. Maybe that’s why it seems okay to me. It’s less caloric than a sandwich.

  • @sarawithoutanh8302 says:

Makes me think of when one of my grad school friends ate an entire brussel sprouts salad mix (made to serve like 6 or something) in one sitting.
It was right before our 4 hour evening class.
It was not a great evening for her. 😅

There is definitely such a thing as too much fiber!! 😂

  • @kopijaws says:

88g of fiber and i would launch off the toilet

  • @moodywrites says:

But don’t people have a really low omega 3:6 ratio? It’s just seems like concentrated omega 6 in seed oils would add fuel to that fire. Like I don’t see why anyone should actively add them to their diet?

  • @akpopfamily907 says:

Omega 6’s has caused me huge inflammation problems. I have gluten allergies, and the bread I buy recently added a new ingredient high oliec safflower oil… in 3 days of having this bread, I blew up with water retention to the point of not being able to lift my legs. So it may be ok for some, but it does cause inflammation in the body. It is not as simple as it does, or it doesn’t

    • @beebeeramone4641 says:

Agreed. Seed oils ARE NOT GOOD FOR YOU. When i was eating them, I was always having to hawk up luggies

  • @diegoserrano8302 says:

the same people seed oils are a health hazard are those eating butter sticks and bacon drenched in lard as a snack

  • @queenmidna4998 says:

Isn’t the 88g for the whole pizza? Based on what I found, it is 22g per serving. Which is still a lot, but I think it might be good for people who don’t eat a lot or struggle to get in any kind of fiber due to their diet.

    • @MrPandabee says:

Agreed. Especially people on low carb or keto diets, one of the groups this pizza is specifically marketed to

    • @beebeeramone4641 says:

Yeah she’s being dramatic. And seed oils are not good for you. She’s crazy

    • @nathat4250 says:

@@MrPandabeeThat makes so much sense. Sometimes I’m on Abbeys side but mostly I’m just like wth is her problem.

    • @l.c.6282 says:

She says “if anybody eats a whole pie”.

    • @queenmidna4998 says:

@l.c.6282 I must have missed that part. Thanks for pointing that out. Though I do think it is still weird to have the title written like this, as it feels very disingenuous towards the company making the pizza. They are clearly targeting a specific type of client, and while I’m not sure it is good or not, I can appreciate the fact that it is not for me and see it for who it is meant for. Thanks again for pointing that out to me!

  • @MewMichaiah says:

i literally gave myself acid reflux for WEEKS from eating too much fiber at breakfast, and i had no idea why it was happening. there is, in fact, such a thing as too much fiber, and your body will be sure to give you its opinion on the matter.

  • @user-ng1yu7io4r says:

If this is true id love this pizza. As someone who has bad stomach issues i find the recommended fiber my specialist tells me i need isnt nearly enough and I do well on simple and fiber rich foods

  • @gilahmoses9550 says:

The healthiest African tribes were found to consume 100-150 grams of fiber per day. Americans are not protein deficient they are fiber deficient and seed oils are highly processed

    • @SatipatthanaSakuraDragona says:

Yep. 95% of Americans don’t get enough fiber and the USDA recommendation is only something like 25g – 35g a day. Experts recommend we should probably have closer to 50 (depending on body size and calorie intake, of course). She should not be dragging any product that aims to increase fiber intake. No one eats a whole pizza, FFS.
