  • @DinaHavens says:

Good morning Autumn. My husband weighs 230 6’4. How much protein does he need daily?

  • @EmilyBGates says:

Oh my heart, y’all’s group hug with little Sage❤️🥺 my kids, hubby and I still group hug and they’re taller than me now. So special ❤ awesome video I love your what I eat in a day videos, this one was great! 🎉 I’m gaining weight again, cheating with sugar and eating later than I should 😅 yikes

  • @bostonpicker7947 says:

I LOVE this one because it shows how you combine foods for each meal (instead of giving recipes)! I bought the IF Bundle 2 1/2 years ago, lost 70 lbs and have been maintaining it! Great job on this video! Thanks!

  • @guylainelamoureux says:

All delish looking meals 🍽️ . Thank you Autumn. Have a great week 👍❤️🇨🇦

    I’m Hungry now! 😂

  • @karolinaspangenberg9425 says:

I recently started using cottage cheese instead of sour cream (which is not a thing where I live right now) for all the Mexican themed dishes, and I dont think I will ever go back to sour cream 😉
also, your cauliflower chicken recipe looks super good!

  • @sandradugan7513 says:

I’ve always wondered how somebody can intermittent fast and eat 100 g of protein I have a hard time eating 30 to 40 g in the morning and then I’m not hungry at lunch I have to force myself to eat something at lunch.
Thanks for the yummy recipes I love this channel!!

  • @catherinefreese9310 says:

What a great video, thank you. Your food is always crisp, clean and fresh. So nummy

  • @lindamurray6247 says:

Love the video. Did you say the enchilada sauce is homemade? Do you have that recipe?
You started at 9:30 in the video- what time was dinner?
Thanks so much- just found you and I’m very interested in everything?

  • @suzannecarrier287 says:

Great recipes! Funny husband not agreeing it looked good. 😅 Reminded me of my own husband. LOL

  • @camillewalker says:

I love your “what I eat” videos! They’ve made meal time so easy…. Pick your protein and produce, then turn it into nachos (or ANYTHING else that I am craving)

  • @privatetatum says:

I’m gonna need the deets on that funnel neck hoodie, please? I’ve looked through all the save the chubby unicorn sweatshirts and I can’t find it. 😊

  • @privatetatum says:

The product website doesn’t state how many calories or grams of sugar are in each sachet. Do you know?

  • @venom6827 says:

Autumn, compare your older videos with your new ones and look at the difference

  • @hobbit-mp6kc says:

Those cauliflower nachos look awesome! Totally making them. I would have used Greek yogurt in place of sour cream! 😊

  • @shannonvangerpen4129 says:

@autumn, you spoke to exactly why I stopped intermittent fasting. To try and hit my protein targets was challenging and I found myself eating when I wasn’t hungry and then felt Bloated. I switched to carb cycling which has been working well. Are there benefits of a carb cycling rotation and is there an intermittent fasting window that would be compatible to do both? Or, is it more like one or the other?

  • @allisquires7008 says:

Thank you Autumn for all your wonderful advice and tips. I can’t get hold of monk fruit here in England and don’t like stevia. Can I use just 1 Cinderella sweetener in my keto coffee? Along with a little vanilla extract is working well, and that’s a change from 5 sweeteners in coffee pre intermittent fasting 🫢

  • @skillsmany2235 says:

🌞Great stuff! I love sunflower seeds on my salads, as well! 🌻
    Thanks, Autumn! ⚘️
    Cheers! ☕️🕊♥️✨️

  • @margaym5128 says:

Higher protein is always good. Most women don’t get nearly enough protein to support lean body mass and health.

I always appreciate getting new ideas for meals. Having said that I just don’t find smoothies satisfying.

    Whole foods for the win!
