Homemade Carmel Pumpkin Spiced Creamer for less than the cost of 1 regular latte and it’s WAY better for you! This recipe is so easy and a great way to save money and eat healthier.
Recipe:
Carmel Syrup
1 cup pitted medjool dates
1 cup water
**Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 10 mins. Strain in a cheese cloth. Use the paste for energy balls or smoothies & store the syrup.
CPSL Creamer Mixer
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup almond milk
1/3 cup pumpkin pure
3/4 tsp pumpkin spice
2+ scoops Miss Congeniality Mood Boost @lsfnutrition
1/4 cup date syrup
