Has there been any more research into Creatine use for woman and Fibre Supplmentation? If so it would be great to see a follow-up video for both from you as its been a while since the last research analysis and your own videos on them. Thank you Abbeys Kitchen Team.
I miss eating bananas.. But 2 years ago I discovered your mouth isn’t supposed to hurt when you eat them and was told by my Dr to stop having them 😭
Hiw bad does it hurt? And besides the slight temporary discomfort of your mouth. Is there any other longterm issues?

When I make spaghetti, I purée some cooked veggies into my pasta sauce to add extra fiber!
Bed time snack is a must.
I add honey and berries to plain Greek yogurt and sometimes slivered almonds! I’m always in a rush in the morning and I feel so much better after having my Greek yogurt 😊

I’m Team “No sleep” when I eat before bedtime. Maybe because I had bariatric surgery 2016 and I don’t feel good when I’m lying down after eating.
